Temperature Converters
Convert between Fahrenheit, Celsius, and Kelvin.
Temperature measures how hot or cold something is. The three common scales are Celsius (°C), Fahrenheit (°F), and Kelvin (K). Celsius sets water's freezing point at 0° and boiling point at 100°. Fahrenheit sets those same points at 32° and 212°. Kelvin uses the same spacing as Celsius but starts at absolute zero, so 0 K = −273.15 °C. Temperature conversions are not simple multiplications — they include an offset because the zero points differ.
